Duties:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Provide information about products and services
– Handle and resolve customer complaints
– Dispatching roadside assistance to customers
– Perform data entry tasks accurately
– Utilize phone systems and various software applications effectively
Skills:
– Proficiency in Oracle Transportation Management, GPS, SyteLine, 3PL, AS400, and other relevant software systems
– Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes
– Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues promptly
