Call Center Agent

## Job Summary
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. You will primarily handle outbound calls and with the goal of transferring the call to a sales floor

## Responsibilities
– Automated Dialing System will be provided

– Must have the ability to make 300 outbounds per day

– Must have the ability to work from home, computer and fast internet required

– Must be able to read script well and excel at persuading customers to transfer to a sales agent

## Experience
– Proficient in English; fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
– Prior experience in sales, or call center environments is preferred
– Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers
– Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,688.00 – $6,250.00 per month
