Description:
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in ETL, data integration, and BI reporting to support data-driven initiatives. This role will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document data and reporting requirements
Support ETL development and data integration processes
Collaborate with data engineers and BI teams on data mapping and transformation logic
Validate data accuracy and support UAT
Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data integration
Experience with BI tools and reporting platforms
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
