The Business Analyst will support commercial and financial operations by developing customer quotes, maintaining forecasts, and providing business insights. Responsibilities - Build customer quotes accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring responsiveness to business and customer needs - Strategically develop quotes by balancing multiple inputs, including tariffs, fast-track requirements, purchase order pricing, target pricing, target margins, and the overall importance of the quote to the business - Establish and validate lead times to support accurate quoting and customer commitments - Maintain and manage sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with current business conditions and strategic objectives - Prepare and maintain inside sales reports and support quarterly forecasting processes for North America - Run the monthly flash process, developing a clear understanding of in-month performance and variances, and linking results to the overall forecast - Analyze business performance and trends to support leadership decision-making - Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company’s business strategy and ensure analytical outputs align with strategic priorities - Provide a variety of reports, analyses, and supporting documents to commercial and finance teams to aid pricing, forecasting, and planning activities - Other duties as assigned Skills - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Data Analytics or similar field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple inputs and competing deadlines - Experience with pricing, quoting, forecasting, or financial analysis processes - Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and support strategic objectives - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, BI tools) - Effective communication skills to collaborate with commercial and finance teams - This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
