We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bitrix24 CRM Support Specialist to manage, maintain, and resolve issues related to our Bitrix24 CRM system. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Bitrix24 functionality and takes a proactive, safety-first approach to system management and troubleshooting.
In this long-term role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and smooth operation of our CRM environment. You will identify issues as they arise, implement effective solutions, and help optimize our workflows to support business operations.
Responsibilities:
Monitor, manage, and maintain the Bitrix24 CRM system
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, errors, and performance concerns
Configure and optimize CRM workflows, automations, and user settings
Ensure data integrity, security, and best practices are followed
Provide ongoing support and recommendations for system improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to address CRM-related needs
Document changes, fixes, and processes as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
