Key Responsibilities:
? Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products/services and provide information.
? Effectively communicate in English and Hindi to understand and address customer needs.
? Handle client inquiries professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
? Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
? Follow up with potential leads and convert them into successful customers.
? Demonstrate good convincing skills to influence customer decisions positively.
? Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed set targets and objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:
? Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
? Strong convincing and client-handling skills.
? Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role is preferred.
? A professional and confident phone demeanor.
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
? Basic computer literacy for data entry and communication tools.

Salary: ?12,000 to ?15,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
