We offer over 160 integrated programs in education, family support, job training, health, housing, and legal services, serving over 65,000 individuals and families each year. Job Summary: As a Bilingual Creole/French Career Readiness Instructor, you will be responsible for researching and developing instructional materials, providing one-on-one tutoring and classroom instruction, and supporting clients in writing resumes and cover letters, teaching adaptive soft skills, and conducting mock interviews. You will work collaboratively with our team of career advisors and job developers to advance participants to employment. Responsibilities: Research and develop instructional materials and lesson plans to strengthen clients' job-seeking skills Provide one-on-one tutoring and classroom instruction to clients to increase their chances of employment Support clients in writing resumes and cover letters, teaching adaptive soft skills, and conducting mock interviews Work collaboratively with a team of career advisors and job developers to advance participants to employment Requirements: Bachelor's degree and one year of applicable experience Teaching style must be hands-on, interactive, and participatory Willingness to adapt instruction to meet the varied needs of individuals or groups Ability to multi-task and work a flexible or alternative workweek schedule Demonstrated ability to work with young adults, immigrant, refugee, and asylee populations Bilingual Haitian-Creole or French required What We Offer: Competitive salary: $55,000 annually Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, and 403(b) retirement plan with employer match Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave Opportunity to work with a diverse and inclusive organization How to Apply: If you are a motivated individual ready to contribute to a thriving team, we encourage you to apply now!
