Responsibilities Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. , Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored service. , Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications. , Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift. , Handle cash and ensure store safety and security protocols are followed. , Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations. , Learn and master new beverage recipes and store procedures. Requirements No previous experience required. , Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. , Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. , Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team. , Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions.
