Requirements: • 15+ years of relevant experience • Expertise in learning strategy and execution for leadership and employee development • Expertise in learning design, adult learning methodologies • Expertise in leadership development and learning technology (including application of AI/ML) • Strong people management skills, managing a team in a remote/hybrid context • Experienced facilitator • Background / familiarity with analytics and leveraging insights to inform strategy and decision-making • Strong written and verbal communication • Bachelor’s Degree Benefits: Apply Job!  Ready for an Easy Start?
