Job Description
We are seeking early‑career Application Developers to join small, collaborative project teams responsible for building and enhancing back‑office applications for a corporate customer. This role is ideal for candidates who are motivated to grow their technical skills, contribute to real production systems, and work closely with senior developers and project leads in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of internal business applications.
- Learn and work within existing codebases, contributing incremental features and improvements.
- Participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and team discussions to support project goals.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and support bug‑fixing activities.
- Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Follow established software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices and coding standards.
- Prepare basic documentation, reports, and test results as part of development tasks.• These responsibilities align with common expectations for junior developers, such as assisting with coding, attending team meetings, and monitoring system performance
