As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day tasks. Working Time: This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will have the flexibility to create a schedule that suits your availability, with a commitment of X hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
? Perform various administrative tasks, including but not limited to email management, data entry, and document preparation.
? Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
? Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
? Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
? Conduct research as needed and provide summaries for review.
? Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
? Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements:
? Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
? High level of discretion and confidentiality.
