Job Title: Amazon Expert Needed – Help Resolve False IP Complaint & Reinstate Listing (UK Registered Design) ⸻ Job Description: We are seeking an Amazon Seller Central expert with proven experience in handling intellectual property (IP) complaints, design right disputes, and ASIN reinstatements. Someone has made a wrong malicious claim that has taken our listing down. Amazon has incorrectly rejected our appeal! We are a UK-based company that designs and sells original plumbing tools. One of our top-performing ASINs (will DM) has been wrongfully removed due to a false IP complaint from a competitor citing UK Registered Design 6332112. However, we own and have registered our own UK Registered Design No. (Will DM), covering this product. We are not resellers — we are the original designer and brand owner. ⸻ ✅ What We Need: • Someone who can help us communicate effectively with Amazon Seller Support, Account Health, and/or Policy teams • Guidance on how to escalate and submit evidence properly • Experience with reporting abuse of the IP complaint system • (Optional) Someone who can help us submit proper documentation to get the complainant’s complaint reviewed or retracted • Assistance preparing Amazon messages, case files, or follow-up documentation ⸻ Ideal Skills: • Previous experience getting ASINs reinstated after IP complaints • Familiarity with design rights, especially in the UK/EU context • Confident navigating Amazon’s IP policy system • Strong communicator who can draft clear, concise case responses • Bonus: legal or paralegal experience related to Amazon disputes ⸻ Deliverables: • Help us get our ASIN reinstated • Submit/support an IP abuse complaint against the false claim • Provide guidance or directly manage correspondence with Amazon (via case logs, appeals, emails) ⸻ Notes: • We already have all legal documentation: our UK Registered Design, product comparison images, and statements • We are not looking for brand registry help — just IP enforcement defense • This is urgent — the takedown is affecting daily revenue ⸻ Please include examples of past Amazon IP reinstatement or design right defence work in your application.
