This role involves managing marketing, operations, bookings, and client servicing, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences for luxury clients. The ideal candidate will be a part of the vision and management team, taking charge of building and elevating the brand for high-end visitors to Brooklyn. This position offers significant room for growth and leadership in the luxury rental market. Responsibilities Include: • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of all rental properties. • Marketing & Branding: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract luxury clients, building and maintaining a strong brand presence. • Bookings & Client Servicing: Handle all aspects of bookings, from initial inquiries to final check-out, ensuring top-notch client service. • Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate cleaning staff and other team members, ensuring all properties are maintained to the highest standards. • Project Leadership: Take responsibility for leading projects from beginning to end, ensuring they align with the company’s vision and goals.
