What You’ll Do AI & Automation Implementation – Set up workflows using Zapier, ChatGPT, GoHighLevel, and automation tools to streamline operations. CRM & Marketing Tech Management – Maintain and optimize GoHighLevel, ensuring leads are tracked, follow-ups are automated, and no opportunities are lost. Automation & Workflow Optimization – Implement AI-driven solutions to automate scheduling, task management, and workflow tracking, reducing manual work and increasing efficiency. Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies, create SOPs, and improve workflows using AI-driven solutions. Sales & Lead Management Support – Assist with lead tracking, appointment booking, and ensuring potential clients don’t slip through the cracks. Content & Marketing Support – Repurpose notes and recordings into social media posts, emails, or documents using AI tools. Who You Need to Be Tech-Savvy & AI-Literate – Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make.com), AI (ChatGPT), and CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.). Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – You ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Proactive & Problem-Solving Mindset – You don’t just do tasks; you find better ways to run the business. Strong Communicator (Fluent in English) – Excellent written and verbal English skills to align with U.S. clients and team, and clearly explain automation processes. Reliable & Trustworthy – You’ll be handling sensitive business data and operations.
