We are building an AI-powered operational system for a wellness e-commerce brand.
The system will combine:
• Claude Code
• OpenClaw AI agents
• automation tools (Make / n8n)
• Shopify website integration
• knowledge base architecture
The goal is to create a semi-autonomous operational system that can assist with:
• marketing workflows
• content generation pipelines
• analytics reporting
• website updates
• influencer outreach organization
• operational automation
Responsibilities include:
• setting up a Mac mini AI environment
• configuring Claude Code workflows
• installing and configuring OpenClaw agents
• integrating automation tools (Make or n8n)
• helping structure a vector knowledge base
• documenting the system architecture
Ideal candidate:
• strong experience with AI agents
• Claude / OpenAI API familiarity
• automation frameworks
• developer mindset with strong documentation skills
This will begin as a system setup project and may extend into a long-term role maintaining and improving the automation infrastructure.
I am based in Los Angeles and would strongly prefer someone located in the Los Angeles or Southern California area.
Ideally the right person would be available to meet in person for the initial setup and help configure the Mac mini workstation environment directly. After the system is configured, most work can be handled remotely.
This project will likely begin as a 10–20 hour setup project to configure the environment and document the architecture.
