Requirements The Assignment Build the most powerful compliance-driven partner ecosystem in the background screening industry. Not maintain it. Not “support” it. Build it. Scale it. Own it. You will architect and dominate strategic alliances across: - HCM platforms - ATS providers - HRIS ecosystems - Payroll providers - PEO networks - HR buying groups - Systems integrators - National franchise platforms - HR tech and compliance software      companies This role sits at the center of AB Global’s growth strategy and reports directly to executive leadership. You won’t be handed a playbook. You’ll write it. What You’ll Control This is not a coordinator role. This is a strategic revenue leadership role. You will own: • Identification, negotiation, and execution of high-value strategic partnerships • Revenue strategy across the partner channel • Integration prioritization with platforms such as Workday, SAP, UKG, Oracle, Ceridian, iCIMS, and emerging HR technology ecosystems • Development of scalable integration frameworks • Partner incentive structures and co-selling strategies • Executive-level alliance development • AB Global’s presence across industry events and partner conferences • Partner-sourced pipeline and measurable revenue growth This is a builder role for someone who thrives on ownership and measurable impact. Ecosystem Revenue Participation Earn compensation on partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, meaning your strategic alliances continue generating income long after the deal is signed. Marketplace & Platform Expansion Incentives Compensation opportunities tied to marketplace placements, integrations, and ecosystem expansion. Strategic Growth Incentives Additional performance-based incentives aligned with the long-term growth of the partner ecosystem. Who This Role Is For This role is designed for someone with: • Significant experience building alliance-driven revenue engines • A track record of structuring complex partnership agreements • Deep familiarity with HR technology, SaaS ecosystems, or compliance-driven platforms • Confidence operating in executive negotiations • An analytical, disciplined, performance-driven mindset • An entrepreneurial builder mentality If you need heavy direction, this isn’t the role.
