About the role Were on the hunt for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and help lead Staff Augmentation projects for global clients. Youll play a key role in coordinating distributed development teams, ensuring project success, and building strong, trust-based relationships with both clients and talent. What Youll Be Doing Managing the full project lifecycle of Staff Augmentation engagements Acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams Coordinating schedules, deliverables, and priorities with multiple stakeholders Tracking team performance and ensuring SLA compliance Working closely with tech leads and recruiters to ensure alignment on skills goals, and expectations Identifying risks and proactively driving resolution Supporting team engagement, motivation, and retention What You Bring 6+ years of experience managing Staff Augmentation projects Experience working with software development teams Engineering background or PM certification (PMP, Scrum, etc.) Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Fluent in English (C1 or C2 level) Experience working remotely with multicultural team Perks & Benefits Contractor agreement with payment in USD 100% remote work Argentinas public holidays English classes Access to learning platforms Originally posted on Himalayas
