Working Hours

Flexible hours, approximately 20-25 hours per week, with shifts available between 8 AM 8 PM EST.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.

Manage a high volume of calls and correspondence.
