Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a remote Chat Assistant for our major retail chain. As a Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat and providing them with exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with their purchases, returns, and exchanges
Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and promotions
Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve complaints
Document customer interactions and update customer records in our database
Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer service goals
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with online shopping platforms and chat software
Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics
Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet connection
Salary:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour for this remote work from home position.
