Position Details: REMOTE Medical Call Center Manager…

Pay: $23/hr.

Training & After Training Schedule: 8/hr. Shift M-F between the hours od 8am-9pm EST.
? All Equipment Will Be Shipped To Your Home***

Job Details
? Assist the Call Center Supervisor with driving performance metrics for all team members
? Manage daily attendance for the team
? Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective resolutions.
? At times may lead morning huddles and shift end huddles
? Analyze advanced metrics on agents daily stats
? Manage weekly reports on team and agent level performance

Requirements: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF PREVIOUS CALL CENTER LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
? Previous experience as a team leader in a Call Center or similar role.
? Excellent leadership and communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
? Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems.
